Over 80 papers were received in the last few weeks. Thank you for your contribution!
Abstracts already submitted were reviewed by the International Scientific Committee and selected for oral communication or poster presentation. The corresponding authors were notified on the abstract acceptance in late August at the e-mail address provided during submission.

Abstracts selected for the oral communication and the poster sessions will have to be presented ON SITE by one of the actual authors.

Please, note that the presenting authors must register for the Conference to be able to present their work.

The Local Organising Committee has agreed to allow late authors to still submit abstracts until September 15th. These will only be considered for possible poster presentation.

Abstracts may be submitted in English and only electronically through our web-based platform.

Abstracts will be peer-reviewed and scored to be presented as either Oral Communications or Posters.

Oral communications will have to be presented by one of the actual authors. Presenting authors should be designated by the authors' group and communicated to the Organising Secretariat no later than 31st July 2022.

You do not need to register for the conference to submit your abstract. However, registration is required once the abstract is accepted. The presenting author is required to register for the Conference to present an oral communication/poster.

The length of the abstract must not exceed 300 words.
The title must not exceed 200 characters (including spaces).

Submitted abstracts must be structured, with subtitles, as the following:
Background/Aims, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions.

When submitting your abstract, you may also upload in the system one Table and/or Figure.
Figures should be submitted as .jpg files, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi (dots per inch).

Please enter all authors names in the order they should appear in the abstract by line. Specify all authors' full names and affiliations for each author but avoid listing any degree acronyms (i.e., BS, MS, PhD, etc) or credentials (CSCS, etc). Affiliations should be in English and must include the Department, Institute, Town, Country.

Abstracts can be edited and/or deleted from the web submission site up until you are ready to submit them to the Scientific Committee. Carefully check your abstract before submitting it. Make sure all special characters and formatting are properly displayed in your proof. Once abstracts are submitted, no further changes will be possible.

Acknowledgement of receipt of the submitted abstract will be sent to the corresponding author's e-mail address. Please sure to periodically check email filters and junk folders.
