CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • For any cancellations received before January 6th, 2018: total refund of hotel bookings, minus 6% for banking and administrative fees.
  • From January 7th to January 31st 2018: 50% of the total cost of the cancelled rooms will be retained.
  • From February 1st 2018 to February 28th, 2018: 70% of the total cost of the cancelled rooms will be retained.
  • No refund will be possible after March 1st, 2018.

Name change is free until 20th February 2018. After this date name change will be subject to €50 fee.
